Dear Joplin Community,

We are excited to announce our NEW Community Membership Program (CMP) aimed at promoting community growth and development in Joplin, Missouri. By joining our membership program for only $25 per month, you will be supporting our efforts to improve the community in four key areas: clean-up services, small business start-up funds, the restoration of Memorial Hall, and our annual CommUNITY FEST.

First, funds will go towards our community clean-up and lighting services. This includes hiring professionals to help with litter removal and maintenance of public spaces as well as hosting regular community clean-up events. By keeping our community clean and tidy, we will create a more welcoming and attractive environment for residents and visitors alike. We also will be working with community members to make sure their property is properly lit to help increase the overall safety of our community. 

Second, we will support small business start-ups in Joplin. We understand the important role small businesses play in the local economy and that supporting new businesses is key to community growth. Your support will help with small business grants and mentorship programs to assist entrepreneurs launch their own ventures.

Third, our Memorial Hall initiative. A once vibrant community space that hosted many cultural events and activities is worthy of being restored. Funds from the membership program will go towards restoring the hall and making it accessible for all members of the community. By revitalizing Memorial Hall we will create a central hub for community engagement and cultural exchange.

Finally, we are excited to continue our annual CommUNITY FEST, which takes place on the third weekend in August. This event is a celebration of all that our community has to offer. It features food vendors, live music, and a range of activities for all ages. Your support will help us to expand the event and make it even more inclusive and fun for everyone.
